Beef Information FAQs | Biodynamic Beef Order Form
Peacock Grove organic and biodynamic farm is located on the banks of the Hunter River just outside the town of Maitland near Newcastle, NSW, Australia.
Our farm comprises 2000 olive trees and 15 head of cattle.
The olive trees comprise a number of table and oil varieties.
The farm is biodynamically certified with BFA/ACO (Certification # 10098BD).
Table Olives
Our table olives are Kalamata, Manzanillo and Chalkadiki. The olives are processed in brine in an air-conditioned room over a period of months until ready. They are then packed in portion-sized vacuum bags (250gm) and in bulk containers (2.5 - 10Kg).
Olive Oil
Our oil olives are Koroneki, Frantoio and Menarki. Some of these olives are milled in a traditional cold press. The oil is sold in 250mL, 500m and 1L bottles and 20L metal drums. The balance of the olives are milled in a centrifuge and the oil is blended with oil from other organic/biodynamic producers For export.
