Olive and Beef Products

Peacock Grove organic and biodynamic farm is located on the banks of the Hunter River just outside the town of Maitland near Newcastle, NSW, Australia.

Our farm comprises 2000 olive trees and 15 head of cattle.
The olive trees comprise a number of table and oil varieties.
The farm is biodynamically certified with BFA/ACO (Certification # 10098BD).

Table Olives

Our table olives are Kalamata, Manzanillo and Chalkadiki. The olives are processed in brine in an air-conditioned room over a period of months until ready. They are then sold either in bulk containers (5 - 10Kg) or in 350gm, 800gm and 2Kg jars.

Olive Oil

Our oil olives are Koroneki, Frantoio and Menarki. All of these olives are milled in a traditional cold press. The oil is sold in 250mL  bottles, 1L, 2L and 10L casks and 20L metal drums.
